Admission to M. Phil. Program is open to a student who:

1. Aspirants must have second class Master’s Degree with 55 percent or more marks in the subject concerned.

2. (i) Aspirants must have cleared Bachelor's Degree and Intermediate examination separately with at least 50 percent marks.

Or

Aspirants should have Passed Bachelor's Degree and Intermediate examination with second division separately in each examination but with an aggregate of 55 percent marks in the Bachelor's Degree examination

Admission Procedure:
Master’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks. Applicants must have qualified 10 + 2 and graduation with at least 50% marks.
Those having a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in masters as well as bachelor’s degree are also suitable.
Admission to the course is done on the basis of an entrance test. Written exam includes objective model questions of 100 numbers.
Time allocated for answering this single paper test is 2 hours. Syllabus for the exam is based on master’s degree in the concerned subject.
