As you want I am here telling you steps to obtain duplicate mark sheet from Mumbai University.

Steps for obtaining duplicate mark sheet from Mumbai University :

File an FIR in nearby police station .

Take a photocopy of FIR.

Write an application letter to Mumbai university stating that you have lost your mark-sheet and require duplicate mar sheet

In letter must give your details like :
Name
Father Name
Classs
Roll Number etc..
Attach photocopy of FIR.

Get an affidavit on 100 rs stamp paper stating that you lost your mark-sheet and need to apply for a new one.

Also attach this affidavit with application letter .

Submit this application letter with attached document at university and pay the fees as required.

Receive receipt.

Within 15 working you can collect duplicate mark sheet .

Here I am providing few Steps for obtaining mark sheet from Mumbai University:

First you need to write two letters:

One Addressed to your principal

Other to Mumbai University stating that you have lost your mark-sheet and you require a new one with your details

Get a Xerox copy of the lost mark-sheet attested.

You need to know your seat number.

File an FIR

Application must be submitted in prescribed form with prescribed fees to the TAPAL counter.

Fees Details:
i) Duplicate copy of certificate of passing. Rs100
ii) Duplicate copy of degree/diploma certificate. Rs300
iii) Special Certificate Rs100
iv) Duplicate Special Certificate Rs200
v) Detailed statement of marks Rs50
vi) Duplicate detailed statement of marks Rs100
vii) Application form for obtaining duplicate certificate Rs5

Fees must be paid by DD drawn on any Nationalized Bank payable at Mumbai, in the name of "Finance and Accounts Officer, University of Mumbai" except (g)
or in Cash at th designated bank.

Period required for issue of duplicate copy.
