UPTU Lost Marksheet

I am doing my master degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University also known as UPTU University lost my mark sheet. Can you tell process how can I get back my lost mark sheet or else tell process how can I apply in university to get my duplicate mark sheet of university?

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University is a public university in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh set up by the government of Uttar Pradesh on 8 May 2000.

Process to get lost mark sheet:

1.File an FIR for the lost of marksheet.

2. Get the lost information published in a newspaper.

3. Get an affidavit for the loss.

Go to your college or university and ask the registrar. He will get the marksheet for you.

Check Point:

1- Mention you Enrollment ID and Roll Number on each paper (FIR,Affidavit, Application,NewPaper Ad)

2- On the Application page provide the address where you want it to get delivered (It can be your present residential address)

3-Visit Mr. Malik on First Floor (Guards there may not be able to provide you accurate information)

4- Visit only between 2pm-4pm

i lost my 3rd and final yr mark sheets
i m from 2011-2015 batch from AKTU (UPTU).
though i have degree(original)
now how can i have duplicates.
plz reply asap
