Lateral Entry in NIT Jamshedpur

I have completed the diploma in engineering. Now I would like to get into the B.Tech course of the NIT Jamshedpur through lateral entry. How can I get into the NIT Jamshedpur through lateral entry? Should I have to pass the entrance exam for admission? If yes then which one?

Does NIT Jamshedpur grant admission through Lateral Entry system for diploma holder if so then plz let me know about the same here ??
