CAT (Common Admission Test) is a National Level Examination Conducted by IIMs (Indian Institute of Management).

Candidates who have required eligibility can apply against CAT exam notification by submitting online Registration form on or before the last date.

Important Dates:

Online Application Form Starts: 6th August to 20th September 2016
Admit Card download window: 25th October till Exam date
Exam Date: 29th November 2016
CAT 2015 Result: second week of January 2017

Educational Qualification:

Applicants must have Completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline with 50% marks from the recognized University/Institution 45% marks required for Candidates belong to the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD)/Differently Abled (DA) category.

Registration Fee:

General And NC-OBC Candidates Rs.1600/-
SC/SC/Person With Disability Rs.800/-

Reservation of Seats:

As per the directives of government of India, 15% seats will be reserved for SC, 7.5% for ST, 27% seats will be reserved for OBC under Non-Creamy Layer candidates and 3% seats will be reserved for PWD.

Admission Procedure:

Candidates will be admitted for management courses on the basis of marks obtained in Common Admission Test and written ability test, group discussion and personal interview.
