Kerala Public Service commission has released a recruitment notification for following posts given below.

Women Police Constable
Armed Police Sub Inspector
Women Excise Guard
Excise Inspector
Sub Inspector of Police

Education Qualification:
Candidates should have passed their Class 10th from any recognized board for Women Police Constable post.
For Women Excise Guard post Candidates should have passed their Class 12th from any recognized board.
Candidates should have passed their Graduation in any stream from any recognized university for Excise Inspector & Armed Police SI post.
For Sub Inspector post Candidates should their Bachelor Degree from any recognized university or institute.

Age Limit:
Candidates ‘s age should be between 18 to 26 years for Women Police Constable post, between 19 to 36 years for Women Excise Guard & Excise Inspector post, between 20 to 31 years for Armed Police SI post & Sub Inspector post.

Selection Procedure:
Written Examination
OMR Test
Physical Efficiency Test.

Important Dates
Starting date of apply online is 12th June 2014.
Last date for apply online is 16th July 2014.
Date for OMR Test is 02nd August 2014.

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates should have passed in the 10th and 12th class from any recognized Board or

Candidate should have graduated from any recognized university and college and institution.


Age Limit :

Candidate should be minimum 19 years and maximum 25 years and relaxation is applicable as per the current government norms.

Selection Procedure :

Candidates will be select on the basis of execution in Written Exam, Physical Test and interview.


Physical Qualifications :

Height - 167 cm.

Chest - 81 cms with a maximum expansion of 5 cm.
No relaxation will be allowed

For any special category Eye Sight - Must be certified to possess visual standards specified below without glasses.

Right eye - Left eye
Distant vision - 6/6 Snellen - 6/6 Snellen
Near vision - 0.5 Snellen - 0.5 Snellen
