For Indian Police Service, a candidate must be a citizen of India.

Age limit-
21 years minimum
30 years maximum,
33 for OBCs and
35 for SCs/STs

You must possess a graduate degree in any discipline of any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State legislature in India or other educational institutions.
