Karnataka State Eligibility Test is conducted by University of Mysore in the state of Karnataka for determining the eligibility for Lecturer ship in various Universities, Colleges and Institutions of Higher education in Karnataka State only.

Important Dates:
Opening Date for online submission of application:
1st Jul, 2014

Closing Date for online submission of application:
31st Jul, 2014

Last Date for submission of online application with late fee:
14th Aug, 2014

Last Date for submission of hard copy of application:
1st Sep, 2014

Date of KSET Exam:
30th Nov, 2014

Eligibility

Applicants must have Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from an institution recognized by U.G.C. with at least 55% (50% Applicants belonging Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Physically Handicapped (PH)/Visually Handicapped (VH) category) marks.

Applicants who have appeared OR are appearing at the qualifying Master's Degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited OR Applicants whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this Test.

There is no upper age limit to apply for K-SET Lectureship.
