Yes you can join Indian Air Force after passing 12th from science through NDA.

Eligibility for NDA:

Nationality:
A candidate must be a citizen of India.

If a candidate is a subject of Nepal, or Bhutan is also eligible.

A Tibetan refugee candidate who live in India before 1st January, 1962 is also eligible.

Educational Qualification:
Candidate must have 12th passed certificate with the physics and mathematics subject.

Age limit:
Minimum age is 16 and half years.
Maximum age is 19 years.

Physical Standards:
Candidate must be physically fit as per National Defence Academy.
