Can I get information about the Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET) exam also tell me the eligibility criteria required and also tell me the procedure of the registration for the Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET) exam ????? please reply as soon as possible????

Can you provide me important dates for Joint Management Entrance Test (JMET), replaced with Common Admission Test (CAT) 2018 for admission in Management Programs?

Admission to the two year post graduate programmes in IIMs are on merit, based on a rigorous selection process comprising of Personal Interview, Written Ability Test/Group Discussions, and scores in the Common Admission Test (CAT).

CAT is a management aptitude test conducted by the IIMs primarily to evaluate and shortlist candidates for the post graduate programme. It is a computer-based exam and a candidate has to register and apply following due process to take this exam conducted once a year.

Important Dates 2018

AUG 8, 2018, Wednesday
CAT 2018 Registration Starts

SEP 19, 2018, Wednesday
CAT 2018 Registration ends at 05:00 PM

OCT 24, 2018, Wednesday
CAT 2018 Admit Card Download begins at 01:00 PM

NOV 25, 2018, Sunday
CAT 2018 Test Day

CAT Eligibility 2018

Age Limit:
One must be 20 years of age or above that.

Education Qualification:
One must have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. It is 45% for SC, ST and PWD/DA category.
Percentage obtained in the bachelor’s degree is calculated on the basis of practice followed by the concerned university or institution.
In case of grades or CGPA, the conversion would be based on the process defined by the concerned university or institution.
One’s CGPA is divided by maximum possible CGPA and multiply the result with 100 in the absence of percentage conversion scheme.
One appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification is also eligible to sit for the CAT exam.
