I have completed B.Tech from DTU. Now I want to do MBA. So my friend suggested me for JMET Entrance Exam of IIT’s. So can you give me detailed syllabus and question papers of this Entrance Exam to start preparation? What is minimum cut off required by IIT Delhi campus for JMET for MBA admission?

I am interested in the field of management and for this planning to apply for the Joint Management Entrance Test searching for papers. Will you provide JMET Exam Papers to be download along with pattern of this exam so that I can prepare well for this entrance exam?

JMET or Joint Management Entrance Test is an examination conducted for admission to Postgraduate Degree Programmes in Management in the various IITs

JMET has been replaced by CAT. JMET is longer conducted

Syllabus and examination pattern:

JMET 2009 exam will be of 3 hours duration
The test will consist of 120 questions

Examination is divided into 4 sections:

Verbal Communication:
This section aims to test the candidates comprehension of and interpretative abilities in English as a language of business. Regular analysis of business articles and non-fiction prose, besides a firm grasp of communicative English grammar would be helpful in preparing for this section.

Logical Reasoning:
This section consists of analytical reasoning, argument analysis, and analysis of explanation questions.

Quantitative Ability:
This section aims to test the candidates understanding of Basic Mathematics

Data Interpretation:
This section aims to assess the ability of the examinee to make valid interpretations from a given data set.
