As you required JBT Application Form Dates so here I am providing you the same.

Eligibility
The minimum essential educational qualification for JBT CET is Senior Secondary School Certificate or Intermediate or 10+2 or its equivalent examination with at least 50% marks. The candidates appearing in forthcoming annual qualifying examination may also apply provisionally but such candidates shall have to submit the original certificate in support of their having secured the minimum qualifying marks at the time of counseling. The relaxation of 5% marks in minimum educational qualification is available to SC/ST/OBC/PHH candidates.

The starting date of online application:
1st week of July, 2015

Online Registration & Payment of Fees (Other than SBI Challan)-
Mid July, 2015

Declaration of Result
Beginning of August, 2015

Qualifications:
All the interested candidates must be 12th (Intermediate) qualified with well and good marks or equivalent qualification from any recognized board or institutions.

Selection Process:
The selection of eligible candidates for JBT Admission in Haryana will be on the basis of the Merit List which will purely be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination stream wise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational).
