Karnataka PGCET is the entrance exam for the PG Engineering Admissions in the state of Karnataka.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed the qualifying examination or equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (45% in case of SC, ST and Category-I candidates ) in aggregate

Applicants must meet the domicile requirements as specified.

Applicants must have studied for a minimum seven years from Class I to the qualifying exam.

Applicants with valid GATE score will be given preference and need not appear for Karnataka PGCET 2014

Exam Pattern:
Total No of Questions is 75 as follows:
Part 1: 50 questions of 1 mark each
Part 2: 25 questions of 2 marks each
Duration of the exam is 120 minutes
Total Marks are 100

Payment of fees at SBM/E-Payment Post Offices: July 2, 2014

Last Date of Entry of Application: July 10, 2014

Last date to pay the fees : July 12, 2014

Downloading of Admission Tickets on or after: July 20, 2014

Test: July 26, 2014

Result: August, 2014
