CDS Exam Syllabus:

Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exam Syllabus or union public service commission. (UPSC) CDS selects eligible candidates every year through written test and interview. There are total three papers conducted for CDS examination which are English, General Knowledge & Elementary Mathematics Arithmetic. The CDS syllabus in detail is given below-

PAPER – 1 – ENGLISH: The question paper will be set in such a way that complete assessment become possible through this examination.


PAPER – 2 – GENERAL KNOWLEDGE: General Knowledge including knowledge of current events and such matters which discussed in the news channel and heard by us should be on tips on the students. The Paper will also include questions on History and Geography of India on certain various topics and you should be able to answer without special study.

PAPER – 3 -ELEMENTARY MATHEMATICS ARITHMETIC: This section of paper will consist the following sections as-
Arithmetic unit

ALGEBRA Basic Operations

TRIGONOMETRY

GEOMETRY

MENSURATION

STATISTICS

Eligibility:
The candidate should be Unmarried male and age should be between 19-24 years and Educational
You should have passed Any bachelor degree from recognized University.

Dates are over of exam but I am giving you important date of exam only for your idea.

Last date for receipt of applications: 10th December, 2012, Monday

Date of commencement of exam: 17th February, 2013, Sunday
