My brother want to do B.Tech engineering course, but confusing in between IIT-Kharagpur & IIT-Madras institute for taking admission, so will you please suggest any one in between IIT-Kharagpur & IIT-Madras for B.Tech admission???

I find both - IITM (Indian Institute of Technology Madras) and IITK (Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur) are among the top institutes in India.
