IGNOU Special Bed Admission

I want to do B.Ed. Special Education from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) so tell me the eligibility, admission criteria and the selection process to admission in this course? Also provide me the application form for admission in B.Ed. Special Education in this University?

IGNOU, NCDS in collaboration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is going to launch B.Ed (Special Education) programme.

The programme is of two years duration and being offered in 3 areas of disabilities viz. Mental Retardation, Hearing Impairment and Visual Impairment.

Bachelor in Special Education (B.Ed (SE))

Minimum Duration: 2 Years

Maximum Duration: 2 Years

Eligibility:

(a) The applicant should have a bachelors degree from any recognized university.

(b) Weight age would be given to the candidates fulfilling any one of the following conditions. Be a person with disability 15 marks Be a parent of child with disability - 10 marks Possess any RCI recognised qualification 10 marks

Admission to BEDSE programme is done through common entrance test for July
session, through entrance test held in February. Advertisement is given in early
November
