The Indira Gandhi National Open University is provides login portal for download ID card after login with using ID and password. Indira Gandhi National Open University will be issued IGNOU Identity card to the students who have got their admission in IGNOU. The students can get their Identity card of IGNOU from the regional center of study center of IGNOU. ID card should be produced on demand at the Study Centre and Examination Centre or any other Establishment of IGNOU to use its facilities. Duplicate Identity Card will be issued by the Programme Coordinator, through programme in charge of the Study Centre on payment of Rs. 20/- by way of Demand Draft only in favor of IGNOU payable at New Delhi.
