Yeah definitely you are eligible for IES exam after B.Arch
Indian Engineering Service (IES) exam is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).

IES Eligibility-

Engineering degree from a University recognised University.
The candidate must have passed section A & B of the institutes or University examination.
Passed a Graduate Membership examination of the institute of electronic and Telecommunication of India

Age Limit-

Age must be between 21 years to 30 years.
The Upper Age limit in case of Government servants is 35 years.

Nationality-

(a) A citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India. or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Srilanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.

Physical standards-

The candidates applying must be physically and mentally fit as per the physical standards laid by UPSC.
