IARI Phd Exam

I have done my Post Graduation and now I want to pursue Ph.D. from Indian Agriculture Institute (IARI). I have heard that there is a Ph.D. Entrance Exam for it. I want to apply for this Entrance Test. Would you please provide me a process so I will download its Application Form online?
