ASRB NET Exam is exam for lecturers and assistant professors in state agricultural universities (SAU's) and other AU.

National Eligibility Test is directed in sessions in 55 key disciplines across centers all over India.

Eligibility :

Age Limit:- Applicants should have attained age of 21 years.

There is no upper age limit for the National Eligibility Test.

Educational Qualification:-

Applicants must have obtained a Masters degree or equivalent in relevant discipline and specialization.

Exam Pattern:

ASRB NET Exam comprises of one paper of 150 marks having 150 objective type multiple choice.

Each question carries one mark.

The duration of this paper is two hours.

1/3 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer .

These questions asked from respected disciplines for which the candidates has opted to appear.

Category of candidate - Minimum qualifying marks

•OBC(Non-Creamy layer) - 50%.

•Un-reserved(UR) (General) / OBC(Creamy layer) - 55%.

•SC / ST/ Physically Challenged(PC) Person - 45%.
