Am I eligible for West Bengal Civil Service after having spectacles & completed diploma in Mechanical Engineering?

Yes, no problem, you are eligible for West Bengal Civil Service after having spectacles.

But sorry to say Diploma holders is not eligible for West Bengal Civil Service exam.

Here is West Bengal Civil Service eligibility criteria:

The Candidate must possess a degree of a recognized University and have ability to read, write and speak Bengali.


Exam pattern
W.B.C.S Examination will be held in two successive stages,

(i) Preliminary Examination (Objective Type) and
(ii) Main Examination (Conventional Type-Written) and Personality Test
