Sir, I am operating a pension account No. 11830001010249509 with NAC Manimazra branch. Restoration of commutation portion from my pension was due from March 2022.Inspite of visit to the branch and written request handed over to the dealing hand and mailing 3 reminders thereafter, no response has been received. As per Govt. instructions special attention is to be given to the senior citizens but little attention is not being paid. Is this the customer friendly policy of your bank.
