Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) has a well-built history of leadership and encouragement that dates back to 1954. The origin members were ardent about improving care for elder Floridians and recognized that their ability to figure out public policy and would be greatly improved by the creation of a state-wide organization that brought together like-minded individuals.

Today, FHCA is a confederation representing more than 1,000 members and more than 500 facilities that provide accomplished nursing, post-acute and sub-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, assisted living and other services to the frail elderly and individuals with disabilities in Florida.

Job board is a place where recruitment advertisements are posted by the members of Florida Health Care Association as well as non members.
