Eligible To Join Indian Army After 12

I have completed 12 and I am 22 years old .Am I eligible to join the Indian Army or not ?

Sorry to say that after completing 12 and being 22 years old you are not eligible to join the Indian Army

In order to join Indian Army applicants has to qualify the NDA exam which is organized by the union public service commission twice in a year for candidates to join in defence forces of India such as:

>> Indian Army
>> Indian Navy
>> Indian Air Force

Applicants are required to fulfill the following eligibility conditions.

Eligibility criteria:
A) Educational Qualifications :

- The candidate must have completed 12th from any recognized board.

- Candidates appearing in standard 12th can also appear for the NDA-I Exam.

B) Age Limit :

- The age of the candidate must lie in between 16.5-19 years.

- No Relaxation in upper age is given to candidates no matter they belong to any category.

C) Nationality :

- The candidate must be an Indian Citizen.

D) Sexuality :

- The candidate must be an unmarried male.

- Girls are not allowed to appear for the exam.

E) Physical Standards :

- The candidate must be physically and mentally fit.

The UPSC Conducts the NDA Exam in three stages :

1) Written Examination

2) SSB Interview

3) Medical Test.
