Eligibility Criteria for Ph.D. programme
Candidate must have post Graduate Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA).

Candidates have passed Post-Graduate Degree Examination Law Faculty with at least 55%.

5% relaxation for reserve category students of Maharashtra State only

3. Attested Xerox Copy of Caste Certificate in case of Reserved Categories

Yes, you are eligible for Amity Ph. D Programmes as you fulfill the eligibility for the Ph.D program.

Eligibility criteria:

Minimum qualification :

Master’s OR M.Phil Degree from any accredited Indian or Foreign University in the relevant field.

Secure minimum of 50% marks or Equivalent Grade in the M.Phil degree or
Or
Secure minimum of 55% marks or Equivalent Grade in the Master’s Degree

Or

Candidate with M. Tech / M.E./M.S. qualification in relevant disciplines with excellent academic record required to secure at least CGPA of 6.0 on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 60% marks and with 60% aggregate in Xth , XIIth and B.Tech/B.E. will be considered eligible for admission in Ph.D. programmes in Engineering and Technology.


Or

Candidate with M.B.B.S. degree or equivalent in relevant discipline with excellent academic record required to secure at least CGPA of 5.5 on a 10 point scale or equivalent or 55% marks may be considered eligible for admission to Ph.D. programmes in the relevant field.

Or

Foreign/ NRI candidate having a Masters’ degree from a foreign university, will be required to submit an equivalence certificate of AIU (Association of Indian Universities) at the time of registration
