As you want to know the eligibility for CID so, here I am providing you the same.

To get in CID you have to write an exam i.e. CGPE (Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam).

You have to fulfill all the eligibility requirements for being a CID officer.

Eligibility:

Candidates should complete graduation from any of the recognized university.

Age limit:

Candidates age’s should be between 20 years to 27 years.

Relaxation age:

3 years age relaxation for OBC candidates,

5 years age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Selection process:

Selection should be on the basis of Preliminary exam, Main exam, Personal interview.

Here I am providing you the some important dates for admission in CGPE.

Important Dates:

Closing Date for receipt of application: second week of February 2015

Date of Exam: Last of April 2015 to starting of May 2015.
