Eligibility to Apply for MNC

Can you tell me if I am eligible to apply for Companies after scoring 55% in 12th class as I want to work in a MNC only?

The following is an eligibility criterion to appear for the interview in MNC

1. You should have 60% marks in 10th class
2. You should have 60% marks in 12th class
3. You should have minimum 60% mark in Degree
4. You should have minimum 60% mark in your PG
5. No Backlogs
6. 2 Years Gap is allowed

Apart from this educational qualification the MNCs also look for the following qualities

1. The communication skill
2. Technically sound
3. Leadership quality
4. Quick learner
5. Self starter to work on any project
6. Mobility/Flexibility means you should be able to work in any part of India or Country

The Selection Process is made up of 3 steps
1) A written test which is generally of 60 minutes
2) Technical interview
3) HR interview
