Eligibility: Most writing and editor jobs require one to have received a bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, or communications. Specialized knowledge in areas of business, legal, fashion, or a second language An editor must have the ability to visualize the end product, reorganize a document to achieve clarity and momentum, recognize what's missing in a passage. An editor should think logically and exercise good judgment, and use a wide range of reference materials. He/she should work within deadlines, and should keep an eye on the budget. Salary: range from $24,000 to $77,000 |
