Defence Research Developement Organization conducts Scientist Entry Test (SET) or Center for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) entrance test details are as given below:

Exam Date:
Exam has already conducted in Feb 2015, but for your idea here I am giving:

February 01,2015 (Sunday)

Eligibility Criteria:

The main criterion for eligibility is that the candidate should be an Indian citizen.

Age Limit
• 18 to 28 years in case of STAT B (Senior Technician Group B) and Technician posts

• 18 to 30 years for Assistant (Hindi) post

• 18 to 27 years for Administration and other allied posts

Qualification Requirements:

a) For the post of Technician ‘A’, it is mandatory that candidates pass the trade test.

b) For the post of Personal Assistant ‘A’, it is compulsory that candidates pass the short hand and typing test.

c) Passing the typing test is essential for the post of Admin Assistant ‘A’ & Store Assistant ‘A’.

d) For Civilian Driver ‘A’ & Fire Engine Driver, passing of driving test is mandatory.

e) For the post of Security Astt. ‘A’, Fire Engine Driver and Fireman, it is mandatory to pass the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and medical fitness test. The Physical Endurance Test (PET) will consist:

(i) 1600m run to be completed in seven minutes.
(ii) 20 Sit ups
(iii) Rope climbing using hands – 12 feet vertical climbing.

Exam paper pattern:
DRDO SET will be 3 hours exam.
The paper contains 2 sections: Section A consists of 100 questions from the subject as per the syllabus of B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc and Section B consists of 50 questions covering the topics related to Logical Reasoning, Spatial Reasoning, Concept Formation, Abstract Reasoning, and Numerical Reasoning.
