The DOEACC Society has a joint system of All India Council for Technical Education and Department of Information Technology (at one time Department of Electronics (DOE)), Govt of India. The DOEACC offers courses is as given below: Course: Certificate Course on Computer Concepts (CCC) Foundation (O) level Advanced Diploma (A) level MCA Degree equivalent (B) level and, M.Tech Degree (C) level CSS Course: This is a Certificate Course designed to impart knowledge at a basic level in computers for the general persons. Eligibility: There is no pre-requisite qualifications are required by candidates to undergo this course. The knowledge of English is expected. Duration: 80 hours i) Theory 25 hours ii) Tutorials 5 hours iii) Practicals 50 hours Fees: 1. The Examination form costs Rs.20/-. The Examination Fee is Rs.340/-. 2. Provision of Late Fee Rs. 50/- Important dates: The examination for the certificate course will be conducted by the DOEACC Society initially 2 times in a year. The exam calendar is in the attaching here: CSS Exam schedule O level course: The 'O' level course of DOEACC Scheme is equivalent to a Foundation Level Course in Computer Applications. Eligibility: The candidate should complete 10 + 2 or ITI Certificate (one year) after class 10 followed in each case by an accredited 'O' Level Course. Or The candidate should pass in the NCVT-DP&CS (Data Processing & Computer Software) Examination conducted by DGE&T (Govt. of India). Syllabus The syllabus for 'O' level has been divided in following parts: - 3 compulsory module and, - 1 elective modules Syllabus Papers: The papers for 'O' level are as given below: Subject Code Subject M1-R3 IT Tools and Application M2-R3 Business Systems M3-R3 Internet and Web Design M4.1-R3 Programming & Problem Solving through C Language M4.2-R3 Programming through Visual Basic Project At 'O' Level there is one project. A level course: The 'A' level course of DOEACC is equivalent to an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications. Eligibility For students appearing through an institute Level 'O' /Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after class 10th. Followed in each case, by an accredited 'A' level course: A Government recognized polytechnic engineering diploma after 10+2 / Graduate and an accredited 'A' level course in each case. Syllabus: The syllabus for 'A' level has been divided. It contains: - 8 compulsory module and, - 2 elective papers. Subject IT Tools and Application Business Systems Programming & Problem solving through "C" Language Computer Organization Structured System Analysis & Design Data Structure through "C" Language Introduction to Data Base Management Systems Basic of OS, Unix & Shell Programming Data Communication and Networks Elective Introduction to Object Oriented Programming & C++ Elective Introduction to Object Oriented Programming through Java Elective Computer Graphics Project There is 1 project. 100 marks are assigned. The project has to be submitted along with a fee of Rs 500/- and a certificate is to accompany. B Level course: The 'B' level course of DOEACC Scheme has been recognized by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt of India, as professionally equivalent to MCA Degree course. The first one will be as for 'A' level and to be completed as for 'A' level C Level It is under the active consideration of AICTE to provide professional recognition to 'C' level course of DOEACC Scheme. Students can acquire this qualification by undergoing this course. Eligibility The sudents appearing through an institute Level 'B' / B.Tech / BE / MCA / M.Sc / Master's Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Operation Research / MBA (or equivalent) with B.Sc / BA (Mathematics / Statistics).
