Re: Difference Between B.E. and B.Tech. Degrees
BE stands for the Bachelor of Engineering whereas B Tech stands for the Bachelor of Technology. The basic difference between the two is its course material and its orientation. B.E. is a theoretical knowledge oriented course while B Tech is a practical knowledge-oriented program. Although B.E. and B.Tech are similar professional courses, few differences can be pointed out when comparing the two. Both B.E. and B.Tech are graduate academic degrees awarded to aspiring aspirants who effectively complete the concerned professional program. One can pursue B.E. program in Electronics, Electrical, and Instrumentation or in any other streams. Some of the specializations available in B.Tech are Production, Mechanical, and Civil Engineering and so on. |
