Copy of Offer of Appointment will be provided to you at the time of Reporting for your reference and acceptance

Copy of IBPS Application .

Three latest passport size photographs.

Proof of date of birth .
(Birth certificate, SSC/ Metric certificate showing date of birth)

Certificates in support of educational qualifications from SSC / Metric onwards along with mark sheets for each.
(including degree / post graduation / technical and professional qualifications)

Experience certificate / s, if any. .year/semester

Caste / community certificate issued by the competent authority in the format prescribed by Govt. of India, in case you belong to SC / ST / OBC category.

Candidates belonging to OBC category should submit the latest OBC certificate .

Computer literacy certificate/s.

Medical certificate

Relieving order from your present employer(if employed.)

In case of Ex-Servicemen candidate, discharge certificate/relieving letter issued by Defence Authority.
