The National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Noida, is set to conduct Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission to Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.

Important dates:

Application Form Available Online from: 05th Dec 2013 to 11th April 2014 (Friday)
Last Date for receipt of filled-in form: 11th April 2014 (Friday)
Availability of Admit Cards on NCHMCT website: 19th April 2014 (Saturday) (2:00 p.m.) onwards
Written Examination (JEE 2014): 26th April 2014 (Saturday)
Timings of JEE 2014: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Result of JEE on website: 2nd Week of May, 2014
Conduct of Counselling: 1st week of June, 2014
Commencement of Academic Session: 28th July, 2014

Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 examination from recognised board examination.

Candidates must have less than 22 years of age.

Exam pattern:
NCHMET JEE 2014 examination consists of 200 questions with a time duration of three hours.
Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude: 30 questions
Reasoning and Logical Deduction: 30 questions
General Knowledge and Current Affairs: 30 questions
English Language: 60 questions
Aptitude for Service Sector: 50 questions

Eligibility for Admission

A pass in 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects

Candidate must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination

Age Limit

For candidates from General and OBC categories, upper age limit is 22 years
in the case of SC & ST candidates, upper age limit is 25 years

Reservation of Seats
Benefit of reservation shall be given only to those classes/castes/tribes which are in the respective Central List published by the Govt. of India
