The CSIR Combined Administrative Service Exam (CASE) is conducted for those who want to make their career as the Grade - 1 Assistant in the Departments like - Accounts/Finance, Store, Purchase).

CSIR CASE is conducted within to papers - Paper I & Paper II. In Paper I candidates has to answer the questions from - General intelligence, General Awareness & English/ Hindi Language. In Paper II Domain Knowledge based questions will be there.

The paper will consist of total 300 marks and the candidates will be selected based on their performance in Written Exams followed by Interview possessing 100 Marks.
