Company Secretary (CS) Courses are offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). This course has following three stages:

Foundation Program
Executive Program
Professional Program

CS course Eligibility:
The applicant should have completed 12th with good academic record from any recognized board of India.

The fee for registration to Executive Programme Stage is as under

Category Amount (Rs.)

General Rs 8,500

SC/ST Rs 4,250

Physically Challenged Rs 2,000

War Widows/ Wards of Martyrs of Military & Para Military Forces Rs 4,250

The student who would like to join this CS Course after 10+2 has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.

Foundation Programme

Executive Programme

Professional Programme


In addition, the student has to undergo Practical Training for about 15 months which a student may opt to start after passing the Executive Programme.
