CPT Entrance Exam Details

Common Proficiency Test is the entry level program .The CPT Exam takes place twice in a year in the month of June and December.

Eligibility:
Students must have qualified Class XII Exams.

Exam pattern:
CPT exam constitutes of 4 Multiple Choice Papers.
Subjects to be studied in CPT course are as follows:
Quantitative Maths Aptitude
Fundamentals of Accounting
General Economics
Mercantile Laws
The test will be of 200 marks.
This time period of the exam is two hours
There is negative marking for each wrong answer.

Important Dates for CA CPT June, 2014 Examination:
i) Commencement of Online filling of CPT Exam Form: 4th April, 2014
ii) Last date for acceptance of application forms: 25th April, 2014
