Final course Syllabus: Foundation Course English and Business Communication (FCEBC) Basic Economics and Business Environment (FCBE-BE) Financial Accounting (FCFA) Elements of Business Laws and Management Information Systems and Quantitative Techniques (FCISQT) Intermediate Course The minimum duration of this course is ten months. Here I am providing you Syllabus of Foundation, Intermediate and Final Course of Company Secretary (CS). 1. Foundation Course for Company Secretary (CS): It is an eight months duration course which is the first level study on the path of becoming a Company Secretary. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have completed 10+2 or an equivalent examination in any stream except Fine Arts. Foundation Course Syllabus: English and Business Communication (FCEBC) Basic Economics and Business Environment (FCBE-BE) Financial Accounting (FCFA) Elements of Business Laws and Management Information Systems and Quantitative Techniques (FCISQT) 2. Intermediate Course for Company Secretary (CS): It is a course of ten months duration which is the second level/second stage study after clearing the foundation course on the path of becoming a Company Secretary. Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed the foundation course, and are not less than 17 years of age can apply for intermediate course. Intermediate Course Syllabus: Group I Company Accounts and Cost & Management Accounting (ICA & CMA) General Laws and Commercial Laws (IGCL) Management Information Systems and Corporate Communication (IMIS & CC) Tax Laws (ITL) Group II Company Law (ICL) Company Secretarial Practice (ICSP) Economic, Labour and Industrial Laws (IELIL) Securities Laws and Regulation of Financial Markets (ISL & RFM) 3. Final Course for Company Secretary (CS): It is a course of ten months duration which is the third and final level / final stage study after clearing the intermediate course on the path of becoming a Company Secretary. Eligibility Criteria: Student at intermediate level can get admission in the Final exam after a minimum of nine months after passing.
