Yes of course you can join Company Secretary Course.
There is no age limits for this course.

As you are at least graduate so you can join direct its second level that is Intermediate Course
Intermediate Course

Eligibility for graduates to Intermediate Course
Graduates, post-graduates (excluding fine arts) can directly enroll to the intermediate course without doing foundation course.

After passing the intermediate course you can apply for the Final course.

Age limit:
There is no specific restriction with regard to the age of the candidate

The minimum duration of this course is ten months.

The examinations are conducted twice a year in June and December.
