The applicants who wish to become Company Secretary must clear three levels of CS course and the concerning exams.

The course comprises three stages of study-
Foundation program
Executive program
Professional program.

Eligibility Criteria:

As to join the Foundation program of the Company Secretary Course applicants need to pass 10+2 or equivalent in any stream.

The foundation course of CS is an 8 month course.

After completion the Foundation course applicants can apply for the Executive program.

The applicants who qualified the executive program are eligible for professional programme.

After completing the professional program in the CS, the applicants will become the Associate Member of ICSI.

The admission process for company secretary course is open to all eligible applicants and exam will he held during June and December each year for all three levels.

The Student who would like to join the Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretary ship i.e.
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Foundation Programme which is of eight months duration can be pursued by 10+2 pass or equivalent students of Arts, Science or Commerce stream (Excluding Fine Arts)

Executive Programme can be pursued by a Graduate of all streams except Fine Arts.

Professional Programme can be pursued only after clearing the Executive Programme of CS Course

Rs 8,500/- for CS Foundation passed students

CS Professional Programme - Rs.12,000/

Examination is conducted twice a year in June and December
