The Hawaii Pacific University was organized a session for four-day professional development event in College Board.

This event is for gain the knowledge and tools to strengthen for high school course. This four-day professional development event brings together colleagues from all over the world to discuss course-specific content, instructional strategies, course organization and methods for promoting greater student participation in AP.

Sessions led by College Board-endorsed subject experts equip new and experienced educators with effective resources and best practices to bring back to their schools.

Institute participants will have:

Attend sessions that serve as a forum for discussing important topics, including strategies for teaching students at beginning or intermediate levels
Receive course resources, plans and assignments
Review previous AP Exams and sample student responses
Learn how to refresh and improve existing AP courses
