Here are eligibility criteria:

Age Limits:

You must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 year
Relaxable age criteria are:

05 years for SC/ST candidate;
03 years for OBC candidates;
05 years for a candidate had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir;
10 years in the case of blind, deaf-mute and orthopaedically handicapped persons

Educational qualifications:
The applicant should have degree from any UGC recognised Universities with 60% marks in bachelor degrees.
