Have a Bachelor Degree from recognized University

Number of Attempts:
General Category : 6 attempts till 32 years of age.
OBC : 9 attempts till 35 years of age.
SC/ST : unlimited attempts till 37 years of age.

Economic and Social Development – Sustainable Development, Poverty, Inclusion, Demographics, Social Sector initiatives, etc.
General issues on Environmental Ecology, Bio-diversity and Climate Change – that do not require subject specialisation General Science
