Sorry to say you can not do B.Sc Psychology because B.Sc Psychology is a biological subject actually and you done 12th in medical stream.

Basic eligibility for B.Sc Psychology:

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 55% in Science stream and Biology as a compulsory subject. If you don't have Biology, and have PCM, you are not eligible to this course.
