I want to apply for PMT exam of Banaras Hindu University, UP so can you please tell me the eligibility criteria to apply for this exam?

Banaras Hindu University Pre Medical Test BHU PMT is an All India Level Entrance Test conducted by the Banaras Hindu University, UP for admission in MBBS, BDS and other medical courses.

BHU PMT Eligibility Criteria

Intermediate / 10+2 or equivalent examination in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology

For MBBS/BDS/BAMS: Minimum of 50% marks for general and 45% for general-PC candidates and 40% marks for OBC/SC/ST and respective PC candidates.

For B.Pharm: Minimum of 60% marks for general / OBC and respective PC candidates and 55% marks for SC/ST and respective PC candidates.

Minimum age limit of the candidates should be 17 years.

Candidates appearing in qualifying examination may also apply.

Biology (Zoology & Botany)

Tentative dates-

BHU PMT Admission form releasing date 1st week of January 2016
Last date of form submission End of February 2016
BHU PMT Admit Card releasing date 1st week of April 2016
BHU PMT Screening will be held on 2nd week of May 2016
BHU PMT Main will be held on 2nd week of June 2016
