Apply for UP CPMT without Domicile

I want to know that Can a non UP student apply for CPMT without domicile, please provide me information about it?

As per my knowledge you can not apply for UP CPMT, because for that student parents must have their domicile certificates if the candidates have not passed the 12th class exam from Uttar Pradesh.

Now I am giving you some more information about it:

King George's Medical University, Lucknow conducts UP CPMT entrance exam.
This university conducts this exam for MBBS and BDS courses for 10 medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility:

Age:
A candidate must have minimum 17 year age for applying this exam.

Educational qualification:
A candidate must be passed 12th class in 10+ 2 pattern.

A candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English during Higher School Certificate.

Candidates must have 50% marks in (PCB) which are from unreserved category.

Candidates must have 40% marks in (PCB) which are from reserved category.

Candidate who have not passed their 12 class exam from UP but their parents belong to UP (With domicile) can also apply for this exam.
