As you are saying that you have scored 75% in Biology, 58% in Chemistry, 63% in English and 48% in Physics and want to give an exam of UP CPMT so, here I am providing you the eligibility for that.

Eligibility:

Candidates should pass 12th with minimum 60% marks in major subjects like: Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Age limit:

Candidates must not be less than 17 years during the admission and no more than 25 years.

Candidates should be from Uttar Pradesh and not from any where.

Here for you I am providing you the syllabus of the UP CPMT exam.

Syllabus:

Physics Section 1
Physics paper one comprises in electricity, electromagnetism, electron physics, atomic physics, radiation and nuclear physics.

Physics Section 2
Physics paper two comprises in general properties of matter heat and light, measurements and mechanics, kinematics and wave motion and sounds.


Chemistry Section 1
The paper of Chemistry section one comprises in alcohols, alkyl halides, ethers, Ketones, Aldehydes, isomerism, study of alkali and alkaline metals and aromatic compound.

Chemistry Section 2
The paper of Chemistry section two comprises in the law of gases, study of chemical equilibrium, thermo chemistry, catalysts, preparation of colloidal solutions and transition elements.

Botany Section 1
The paper of Botany section one comprises in the ecosystem, Cell, systemic study of algae, fungi and bacteria and plant kingdom.

Botany Section 2
The paper of Botany section two comprises in the study of photosynthesis, growth & movements, respiratory systems, transpirations, heredity, translocations, sporogenesis, fruits, cell differentiation and human evolution.

Zoology Section 1
The paper of Zoology section one comprises in the study of protozoa, porifera, arthropods and animal tissue.

Zoology Section 2
The paper of Zoology section two comprises in origin of life, organic evolution, animal physiology, mutation and genetics.

As you want I am here telling you about the eligibility criteria for UP CPMT exam.

Eligibility criteria:

Candidate must have passed in 10+2 in the science stream with physics, chemistry, biology and English
as one of the subjects or equivalent examination .

Candidate should be from Uttar Pradesh, if not then she/he should fulfil the residence criteria laid by the U.P. goverment.

Age : 17 year

Exam pattern:

Exam will have four sections:
Chemistry
Physics
Zoology
Botany

Every section will have 50 questions and every question will be of 1 mark making the maximum number of marks in the exam to be 200.

As per the UPCPMT Exam Pattern, the exam will have questions of the level of Intermediate level of UP Board.

The exam will have objective type questions and there will be no negative marking in the exam.

The exam duration is 3 hours.


UTTAR PRADESH COMBINED PRE MEDICAL TEST (UPCPMT) Syllabus:

Physics


Electromagnetism, Electricity, Electron Physics, Radiation and Atomic Physics, and Nuclear Physics. Measurement and Kinematics, Mechanics, Wave motion and Sound, General Properties of Matter, Heat, and Light.


Chemistry

Alkyl halides, Alcohols, Ethers, Aldehydes, Ketones, Isomerism, Aromatic Compound, alkali, alkaline metals, etc. Chemical Equilibria, Laws of Gases, Thermochemistry, Transition Elements, Catalyist, and Preparation of Collidal Solution.


Botany

Cell, Ecosystem, Plant Kingdom, and Systematic study of Algae, Bacteria, and Fungi etc. Photosynthesis, Respiratory system, Growth & Movements, Transpiration, Translocation, Heredity, Sporogenesis, Human evolution, Fruits, and Cell Differentiation.


Zoology

Animal Tissues, Arthopoda, Porifera, and Protozoa. Organic Evolution, Origin of Life, Genetics, Mutation, and Animal Physiology.
