I have completed 12th in Arts and now want to do 5Yeras B.A. LLB Course form Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Uttar Pradesh so please give me details including Eligibility criteria and Admission Procedure? Also provide me contact details of BHU for admission inquiry?

BHU Undergraduate Entrance Test UET Exam is conducted by the Banaras Hindu University BHU for admission in Under Graduation courses in the University.

BHU UET Exam Admission Criteria

For B.A. (Hons.) in Arts and Social Science -

Candidates must pass 12th standard with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate of all subjects

As on July 01 of year of admission, applicants must not be more than 22 years of age

Candidates under the SC/ ST category are not required to fulfill minimum marks criteria.

Candidates, if under the category of Other Backward Classes (OBC) and Physically Handicapped (PH) are offered 5 percent relaxation in minimum qualifying marks

For B.Com (Hons)

Candidates must qualify 10+2 equivalent examination with Commerce/Economics/Mathematics/Computer Science/Financial Market Management/Commerce relevant Vocational courses as one of the main subjects and need to score at least 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects

As on July 01 of year of admission, applicants must not be more than 22 years of age

Candidates belonging to OBC/PH have 5 percent relaxation in aggregate marks. Candidates belonging to SC/ST need to pass the examination and there are no minimum marks required for them

For B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics -

Candidates must pass 12th standard examination or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate

Candidates must study Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Statistics/ Geology/Computer Science/Information Technology/Geography and passed individually in these subjects

As on July 01 of year of admission, applicants must not be more than 22 years of age

Candidates belonging to OBC/ Physically Handicapped category will be provided 5 per cent relaxation in marks

For B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biology -

Candidates must pass 10+2 qualifying examination or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all subjects

Candidates should pass in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Geology/Geography as main subjects

Candidates must not be more than 22 years of age as on July 1 of year of admission

Candidates under the SC/ST category need not fulfill minimum marks requirement whereas candidates belonging to OBC/ PH category will be provided 5% relaxation in marks

Age Limit-

Candidates should not be more than 22 years of age as on July 01 of year of admission.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH category will be provided five years relaxation in upper age limit

Whereas, for candidates belonging to OBC category will be offered three-year relaxation in upper age limit
