If you are interested in technology and research than you should go for GATE examination for admission in M tech course . on other side if you are interested in finance , accounting and management than you should go for MBA course .

I have completed B.tech in IT but now I confuse to choose master course between MBA and M.tech, can you tell me which one is good?

hii buddy MBA and M.Tech both are good courses and after completing your B.tech ,you are eligible to take admission in both courses.

Both are post graduation courses and duration of both courses duration is 2 years.

MBA- Master in business administration
Course type:-Master degree
Dept :-Management
Duration:-2 years
Scope:-It has a good scope in all fields because after doing MBA you can apply in many companies for the job.

M.Tech – Master in technology
Course type:- Master degree
Dept :-Technical
Duration:-2 years
Scope:-It has good scope because you already have a B.tech degree so your base is strong in technical field and if you do masters degree in your field then you will get the good job in many companies with better salary package and you your dream work.

Points to understand:-

I think that after B tech, M.tech is a best course as well as it is also related to your field and it has more scope then the MBA. As the B.tech student it is best to do M tech other then any course.

If you want to do M.tech then first you cleared the GATE exam which is covered the course you had in 11th,12th and graduation.

As it is for taking admission in MBA you can fight the entrance exam like CAT,MAT

Maximum age for appearing in both exams is 30 years.

If you will do M.tech then after completing your degree you can also apply in many IT companies like:-

Wipro

And can also apply for lectureship as well as many govt jobs also.
