Well, both M.Tech and MBA are good options after B.Tech Civil Engineering, and both of the courses provide immense of the opportunities to the candidates.

It totally depends upon you, that what you should pursue in near future, if you are interested in technical field then go for M. tech, and if you have interest in management field then opt the MBA course.
