I am doing B.Ed from Allahabad University for that I require the syllabus of it can you please provide me this so that I can start my studies syllabus wise? Also provide me its previous year question paper so that I can get some idea about its exam pattern?

I want to build career in teaching line and for this decided to join University of Allahabad for doing B.Ed for this I know I have to appear in entrance exam. Will you provide me B.Ed entrance exam pattern and syllabus so I can prepare also tell B.ed Eligibility Criteria?

The University currently offers a wide range of UG, PG and doctoral courses in multiple streams such as arts, science, commerce, law, vocation, and computer application

B.Ed entrance exam pattern and syllabus:


Exam Pattern and Syllabus


The entrance test comprises of 1 paper in the University of Allahabad. The exam will be for 2 hours. The entrance exam paper has 2 sections in it. The first section will have following subdivision:

Hindi Language Comprehension: 20 Questions
English Language Comprehension: 20 Questions
General Knowledge/ Current Affairs: 25 Questions
Mental Ability: 20 questions
Teaching Aptitude: 20 questions
All these 100 questions are mandatory for the applicants. The candidates appearing in exam do not have any choices provided in this section. All questions are compulsory

B.ed Eligibility Criteria:


The eligibility criteria for admission to B.Ed. Course:

Candidate must possess a Bachelors degree/ masters degree in Science/ Social Science/ Humanity or in any other equivalent exam with at least 55% aggregate from a recognized university as per according to UGC

Admission to Teacher Education Institutions affiliated to the University of Allahabad would be on the seats approved by N. R. C. of N. C. T. E.
